Founded by Paige Botson, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Nutrition Coach, Get Fiit delivers personalized one-on-one training, small group training, and online coaching built for real lifestyles.

After having back surgery a few years ago I have struggled with balance, mobility, and overall confidence with finding my strength in the gym. Working with Paige has been such a game changer. She is extremely knowledgeable, fun to work with, and I can tell she truly cares about my growth. Paige is a great trainer! Her programs are specific to your needs and strength. I have a more dominant side and she was able to see that and create my programs to help strengthen the less dominant side. She is very attentive and noticed when I hurt my shoulder she provided me with great stretches and proper techniques to help heal and strengthen it. I have better balance, feel stronger and can lift more.

Free "First Rep" Session

A First Rep Consultation , is a relaxed and informative planning consultation. During this free session, you'll have the opportunity to discuss your fitness goals, preferences, and any obstacles you may be facing. It’s a laid-back, no-pressure conversation that typically lasts 20-30 minutes, designed to help you start your fitness journey comfortably and confidently. After this session we will work together to create a customized plan that suits your unique needs and circumstances. This session can be done, in person or virtually.
