F.A.Q.

1. What should I expect in my first session?

Your first session usually includes a "No Sweat" consultation to discuss your goals, fitness level, and any medical history. Followed by a fitness assessment to create a program tailored to your needs.

2. How often should I train?

This depends on your goals, budget, and availability. Many clients start with 2-3 sessions per week, while others prefer weekly or bi-weekly sessions with a customized program for independent workouts.

3. Do I need to be fit before starting?

Not at all! I meet clients where they're at and work with clients of all fitness levels and design programs that help you progress at a comfortable pace.

4. Will I receive a meal plan?

As a Nutritional Coach I am able to provide general nutritional guidance and macronutrient recommendations. For detailed meal plans, many clients consult with a registered dietitian.

5. How long does it take to see results?

Results vary, but with consistent effort and adherence to your program, you may start noticing changes in 4-6 weeks, with significant progress often seen in 3 months.

6. What types of training do you offer?

Strength training, cardio conditioning, corrective exercise, functional training, and more, tailored to your specific goals.

 

7. Do I need special equipment for virtual sessions?

Not necessarily! Workouts are adapted to use body weight, household items, or any equipment you already have.

8. Can I still train with past injuries or physical limitations?

Yes, exercises can be modified. Or we can work together to develop a specialized program that takes injuries and limitations into account.

9. What if I can’t make it to a session?

All services are subject to our 24 hour cancellation policies, so be sure to review these beforehand. there is rescheduling options with advance notice and subject availability.

10. How do I stay motivated between sessions?

I provide ongoing support and accountability to all clients, and offer communication outside of sessions to help keep you on track and motivated.

If you’ve ever been new to the health and fitness space, you understand how hard it can be to find the right information regarding nutrition and exercise, constantly conflicting information can seem intimidating to newcomers and it makes it hard to have confidence to even set foot in a gym or can even lead you in the opposite directions of your goals. This is exactly where I found myself in April of 2017, after years of competitive cheer and an athletic career ending concussion. I began crash dieting and spending upwards of 7 to 10 hours in the gym a week. I knew there had to be a better way of moving my body and eating to fuel myself properly. So, after achieving my Bachelors in Education in November of 2021 I began researching and looking for a more sustainable approach to fitness, applying my new knowledge in real time and gaining upwards of 25+lbs of lean body mass, correcting my metabolism and hormonal health. 

 

In 2023 I set out to help others achieve the same, I achieved my Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Nutrition Coach Certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and began training small groups and helping individuals achieve a better quality life, and set realistic and attainable goals, through functional exercise, mobility training and proper nutrition programed for any lifestyle. My education and experience has helped me share my knowledge and guide others on their health and fitness journey. 


If there is one thing I have learned it is that progress won't happen overnight, but it WILL come to those who are consistent. Invest in yourself today and your future self will thank you!
