Meet the Trainer!

Paige Botson

I’m Paige, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Nutrition Coach based in Northeast Ohio. I founded Get Fiit with one simple goal: to help real people build strength, move better, and feel confident in their bodies without unrealistic expectations or one-size-fits-all programs.

What started as personal training has grown into something more. Get Fiit is a space where people feel seen, supported, and challenged in ways that actually make sense for their lifestyle. I work with individuals of all experience levels from beginners stepping into strength training for the first time to those ready to train smarter and more intentionally.

My coaching approach blends functional strength training, mobility work, and sustainable nutrition habits to help clients reduce pain, improve movement, and build strength that carries into everyday life. I believe training should support your life, not compete with it, and that consistency comes from programs that are sustainable for life, not overwhelming.

Whether your goal is to get stronger, lose body fat, move with confidence, or create long-term habits that support your health and longevity, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

If you’re ready to stop starting over and start training with purpose, I’d love to hear your story.

This depends on your goals, budget, and availability. Many clients start with 2-3 sessions per week, while others prefer weekly or bi-weekly sessions with a customized program for independent workouts.
