Private one on one personal training session with a custom workout plan designed to meet your goals to improve strength, build muscle, lose fat and improve daily movement patterns.
Cancellation Policy
**24-Hour Cancellation Policy** To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly request that any cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us within this time frame. **Cancellation or No-Show:** - If a session is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or if you do not attend the session (no-show), 50% of the service fee will be charged. - In cases of emergency or exceptional circumstances, we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
